Amazon seller consulting for brands that sell on Amazon and beyond

LIVELE Consulting is custom-scoped advisory and implementation work for Amazon-first brands that also sell direct to consumer (D2C), on TikTok Shop, in retail or B2B. It focuses on the three areas closest to Amazon and margin: SKU-level P&L and KPI dashboards; pricing, bundles and catalog structure; and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operations. Every engagement starts with a written problem, outcome, scope, timeline, owners and deliverables, and is priced on that scope. LIVELE Consulting never includes running your ad campaigns.

Consulting is not a catch-all retainer. LIVELE defines the business problem, desired outcome, scope, timeline, ownership and deliverables before implementation.

Three focus areas

Each area below lists the problems we see, typical deliverables and the representative scope. LIVELE co-founder and Head of Strategy Camilo Urrea was Business Intelligence Manager at Thrasio and Brand Management Manager at 3BG, and has held leadership roles across sales, banking compliance and e-commerce operations.

SKU-level P&L and KPI dashboards

The usual sign: revenue grows and cash doesn't, and nobody can say which ASINs pay for the rest once Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees, returns, ad spend and the 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge Amazon added to US FBA fulfillment fees on April 17, 2026 are counted.

Problems we see. No SKU-level P&L, margin analysis done once a year, KPIs that track sales but not contribution, and management reports nobody reads.

Typical deliverables. A SKU-level P&L, an 80/20 analysis of products and customers, a KPI architecture that runs from contribution margin down to the ASIN, a monthly management pack, and dashboards your team can maintain after the engagement.

Representative scope. 80/20 analysis; P&L review; product profitability; margin analysis; resource prioritization; KPI architecture; management reporting; dashboards.

Pricing, bundles and catalog structure

The usual sign: the catalog grew one product at a time, so variations, bundles and price points follow history rather than how buyers shop.

Problems we see. Weak offers at key price points, variation families that split reviews, bundles and Frequently Bought Together pairings left to chance, D2C or retail prices set without looking at Amazon, and customer feedback that never reaches product decisions.

Typical deliverables. A catalog and variation map, a pricing architecture across price points and channels, a bundle and cross-sell plan, customer personas built from reviews and Voice of Customer data, and an opportunity map.

Representative scope. Offer value; pricing; catalog structure; product categorization; variations; bundles; upsell and cross-sell; customer feedback; opportunity mapping.

SOPs and operations

The usual sign: every listing change waits for the founder, reorders live in one spreadsheet, and nobody wrote down what happens when packaging changes.

Problems we see. Decision bottlenecks, an unclear chain of command, friction between operations and marketing, returns rising with no clear owner, and inventory and sourcing decisions made without data.

Typical deliverables. SOPs for the processes that break most often (listing changes, reorders, packaging changes, inbound shipments), a decision map that says who approves what, a returns review by return reason, an organizational structure for the next stage of growth, and a plan to digitize the manual steps.

Representative scope. SOPs; process friction; decision bottlenecks; chain of command; organizational structure; digitalization; inventory; sourcing; returns; operational efficiency.

Also available

Outside the three focus areas, we take on these projects when they connect to your Amazon business. The same rule applies: a written problem, scope and price before any work starts.

  • Sustainability and packaging waste. Packaging and sourcing reviews, waste reduction and a roadmap for the certifications retailers ask for.
  • Website conversion and affiliates. D2C site conversion, a promotions calendar, and affiliate and influencer programs with tracking.
  • B2B offers. An offer structure and price list for business buyers, separate from your B2C prices.
  • Channel strategy. How Amazon, D2C, retail and B2B share the work, plus advertising strategy and budget targets for the team that runs your ads.

Three ways to engage

Fees and length are set per engagement, in writing, before any work starts.

  • Advisory

Regular working sessions with your leadership on decisions, KPIs and priorities, with written follow-ups. Your team does the work.

  • Implementation

We do the work, alone or alongside your team, with a written split of who owns what and the deliverables agreed before we start.

What you get in writing before we start

  • The business problem, in one paragraph you agree with.
  • The desired outcome, with the KPI and the baseline it is measured from.
  • The scope, and what is out of scope.
  • The timeline, with checkpoints.
  • Ownership: what LIVELE does, what your team does, what is shared.
  • The deliverables, listed by name.

Consulting questions

How is LIVELE Consulting priced?

LIVELE Consulting is priced per engagement, based on the scope agreed in writing: the problem, the outcome, the deliverables, the timeline and who does the work. There is no fixed monthly fee, because consulting is not a catch-all retainer. You see the scope and the price before any work starts.

Do you only work on Amazon problems?

No, but we stay close to Amazon and margin. LIVELE Consulting focuses on three areas: SKU-level P&L and KPI dashboards; pricing, bundles and catalog structure; and SOPs and operations. Sustainability and packaging, website conversion and affiliates, B2B offers and channel strategy are also available. Day-to-day Seller Central work sits in Amazon Services, and profit-leak diagnosis in The Missing Piece™.

Does "advertising strategy" mean you will manage our ads?

No. In LIVELE Consulting, advertising strategy means the channel mix, budget targets and the KPIs your ads should hit. Your PPC agency or in-house team runs the campaigns. LIVELE doesn't manage PPC in any service line, which keeps our advice on catalog, compliance and margin independent of ad spend.

Can consulting follow The Missing Piece™ diagnostic?

Yes. The Missing Piece™ ends in a ranked recovery roadmap with an owner, a cost and a deadline for each fix. Your team can execute the roadmap itself, or you can engage LIVELE Consulting to implement some or all of it. The diagnostic stands alone, and nothing in it requires a follow-on engagement.

Who does the implementation work?

That is set in the scope. LIVELE can do the work, your team can do it with our guidance, or we split it with a named owner on each side. We build deliverables such as SOPs, a SKU-level P&L or KPI dashboards so your team can maintain them after the engagement ends.

Bring us the problem, not a wish list

Describe the business problem in a few lines. We'll reply with whether it fits our focus areas and what a first scope could look like.
